Admin Guide¶
This guide is for Accountable Managers who administer the Edinburgh Napier University Drone Operations Management System.
Access to the Admin Panel requires the Accountable Manager role (role power ≥ 50). If you cannot see the Admin link in your navigation, ask another Accountable Manager to promote your account.
Admin Panel navigation¶
Click Admin in the top-right user menu (or via the Documentation dropdown) to enter the Admin Panel. The left sidebar contains all admin sections:

| Users | User accounts, roles, and pending Azure SSO reviews |
| Campaigns | System-wide view of all campaigns |
| Missions | System-wide view of all missions |
| Flight Logs | System-wide flight logs and reassignment |
| Drones | Fleet inventory — add, edit, archive |
| Drone Models | Model catalogue — specs, weather tolerance, IP ratings |
| Crew Roles | Crew role definitions (Observer, Payload Operator, etc.) |
| Risk Library | Standard risks available for campaigns and missions |
| Audit Logs | Full system activity log with filtering and export |
| Checklist Templates | Pre-flight and post-flight checklist item library |
| Airspace Data | Cache status and refresh controls for airspace APIs |
| Aerodromes | Aerodrome database |
| Renewals | Operator ID, OA, user certifications, drone maintenance |
| Insurance | Organisation and campaign insurance policies |
| Settings | System configuration |
